Ankle Neo: stability where it counts

To be able to use the Neos for as long as possible, please follow this procedure:

Folding: Fold the Neo over from the top to the middle, inside facing out

Position: Carefully pull the folded Neo to the correct position

Unfold: Fold back the upper part

When taking off after training, proceed in the same way: Fold the Neo over from the top in the middle and carefully pull the Neo down. Please note that the inner material of the Neo “sticks” to the skin due to perspiration - this is intentional so that the Neos do not slip. Use the size finder to help you choose. If you are between 2 sizes, choose the larger version, the Neos provide warmth and are designed accordingly. They should have a “tight fit”, but should always be comfortable. If you feel that the Neo is too tight or even constricting and takes away your freedom of movement, please contact us.

Neos are designed to be worn while exercising and we have had good experiences with putting them on 15 minutes before training and wearing them for another 15 minutes after training, but the maximum wearing time should not exceed 3 hours.

Washing: We recommend washing the Neos after every sports session at 30°C on a gentle cycle. If you have a washing machine bag for gentle washing, you can also use this. Do not tumble dry, but air-dry, preferably lying flat and not under sunlight.

Storage: Do not fold or crease when storing, as this can cause creases in the outer material. Creases have no effect on the performance of the Neos, they would be a purely visual flaw. Putting on and taking off correctly: As described above, we recommend always putting on the Neos according to the instructions. This will ensure that the Neos last as long as possible!

The maximum wearing time should not exceed 3 hours.

Neos are not intended to be worn while sleeping or all day. Neos are designed for use during sports and are not everyday items. If you feel uncomfortable wearing the Neo or feel that the Neo is too tight, take it off immediately. In this case, please contact us.

People with circulatory disorders should not use the Neos. Furthermore, the Neos are designed for adult athletes - and not for children.

Do not use the Neos in combination with warming ointments, as this can lead to excessive heat generation and become uncomfortable.

Neos feel like neoprene, right? They are quite similar to traditional neoprene, but differ in terms of production and raw materials, e.g. no petroleum is used in the production of the core material. You can find more information on this in the sustainability section.
