Neos are sports products and have been developed to support you during training or competition and to offer you warmth, stability and comfort for different parts of your body. Neos are available for your calf, elbow or thigh, for example.

Our Neos are suitable for anyone who leads or wants to lead an active lifestyle - from professional athletes to recreational athletes and people who want to get active again after a break. They are specifically designed for those looking for protection and warmth for joints and muscles. Our customers use Neos in many different ways: during training sessions, in competitions, as protection (e.g. in cold weather), to "clear their heads" and to be able to move properly, and much more.

neolevee products combine highly elastic materials with sustainability to offer optimum support and maximum comfort. Our products are specially developed to warm and stabilize body parts and give you a feeling of security during sports, so that you can fully devote yourself to your workout. Our Neos are ideal for adult athletes of all ages and abilities.

You have various options - you can search via the "body parts" and look at the Neos for your leg, for example, for the calf or your knee. Alternatively, you can use your sport to find Neos - here we have selected the Neos that protect the muscle groups you use the most, e.g. Neos for the thigh and calf for football or the Elbow Neo for tennis or golf. So if you're curious and want to try out a Neo for your sport, this is a good place to start.

The Neos provide warmth and are designed accordingly: they should have a "tight fit", but should always be comfortable. If you have the feeling that your Neo is too tight or even constricting and takes away your freedom of movement, take it off immediately. Check the size finder again or contact us.

Yes, Neos are available in a variety of colors to complement your personal style.

When developing the packaging for our Neos, we deliberately avoided glossy packaging and plastic. Our Neos come packed in eco-cotton bags that you can reuse for shopping, for spare clothes in your sports bag and much more. The tissue paper and linen cord are also reusable.

Feels like neoprene, right? Neos are very similar to traditional neoprene, but differ in terms of production and the raw materials used. For example, no petroleum is used in the production of the core material. You can find more information on this in the sustainability section.

No, Neos do not contain latex.

In brief:

• Fold: Fold the Neo over from the top to the middle, inside facing out
• Positioning: Hold the Neo at the folded position and carefully pull it into place
• Unfold: Fold back the upper part

When taking off the Neo after training, proceed in the same way as putting on the Neo: Fold the Neo over from the top in the middle, hold it at the folded-over point and carefully pull the Neo down. Please note that the inner material of the Neo "sticks" to the skin due to perspiration - this is intentional so that the Neos do not slip. In this way you protect the material and can use the Neo for many years to come. For the soon to be available Shoulder Neo, there are separate instructions due to the design, which we will link separately.

Neos are sport products designed for use during sports. We recommend wearing the Neos for a maximum of three hours.

How we use them: Put the Neo on 15min before starting your workout and take it off again 15min after you are done. This way your body is already "activated" before training or competition and after the workout the Neos continue to work while you are already recovering. If you experience any discomfort during training or competition, take the Neos off immediately and consult a doctor if the discomfort persists.

Neos are suitable for a wide range of sporting activities - whether you're running, doing yoga, playing tennis. There isn't really a sport where Neos can't help you. Neos are worn by casual athletes as well as high-performance athletes.

Neos are sporting goods and are designed exclusively for use during sport. The maximum duration of use should not exceed three hours.

Neos are not intended to be worn while sleeping or all day. Neos are designed for sports use (maximum usage time should not exceed three hours) and are not an everyday item. If you feel uncomfortable wearing the Neo or feel that the Neo is too tight, remove the Neo immediately. If you feel unwell, contact a doctor immediately. If you are not sure about the size, check the size finder again or contact us.

People with circulatory disorders should not use the Neos. Furthermore, the Neos are designed for adult athletes - and not for children.

Do not use the Neos in combination with warming ointments, as this can lead to excessive heat generation and become uncomfortable. If you feel too much heat, take off the Neo.

Washing: Neos should be washed at 30° on a gentle cycle after every sports session. If you have a laundry bag to hand, you can of course use this.

Drying: Neos should not be dried in the tumble dryer, but preferably laid flat and not in direct sunlight.

Furthermore, they should not be ironed or bleached.

We recommend that you

- always put on and take off the Neos as recommended
- wash the Neos after each use and then air dry them lying flat (not in sunlight!)
- do not "crease" the Neos, but store them lying flat, otherwise creases may form; these have no effect on the performance of the Neos, but are purely an optical flaw
Of course, signs of use will occur over time, but the better you follow the care instructions, the longer you will enjoy your Neos.

With proper care, Neos provide long-lasting support and comfort for years to come. The lifespan may vary depending on use.

Delivery times may vary, but we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is indicated at checkout and is usually 2-4 days after receipt of order for orders within Germany. For shipping to other European countries, delivery times vary.

Yes, we offer a return option for Neos that do not fit. Please note our return policy.

We process returns as quickly as possible and arrange the return transfer within five days of receipt of the goods.

For us, sustainability is a commitment without alternative. We set out to make a positive contribution and founded neolevee to act in an authentically sustainable way. We consistently focus on longevity, quality and short distances - and not on cheap and fast. Find out more in the sustainability section.

Yes, we use high-quality materials and first-class workmanship to ensure a long service life. The primary material is manufactured exclusively with the help of renewable energies and no petroleum is used in the production of the core material. Our processor is based in Germany and uses its own solar panels for the energy supply. By sewing and finishing the Neos in Germany, we ensure the shortest possible distances and a high degree of flexibility.

The Neos are produced in Germany. When selecting manufacturers, we placed the highest value on quality. In addition to the quality and experience of our partner, sustainability and flexibility were decisive factors in choosing a company from Germany. We source the primary material from Japan. This decision was based on extensive research and this particular material is the best for our application. Alternatives do not come close to the properties and our material offers outstanding, long-lasting quality combined with the best wearing comfort. Our range is based on the idea of only offering high-quality products. In return, this means that we make no compromises when selecting our production network and that price alone is not the deciding factor.

The core material of the Neos is petroleum-free. We use a special material from Japan whose manufacturer places the highest demands on sustainability. Only the thin outer and inner layers are made from petroleum derivatives, among other things. Even though the two layers make up a very small (volume) proportion of our Neos, we are already working on the next generation.

Here, too, we pay attention to top quality and short distances and have therefore opted for a sustainable and modern textile company in Portugal with whom we have developed our textiles. This company works with local raw materials and obtains its energy from solar power.

In principle, our material can be recycled and you can recycle it together with neoprene, for example (there are collection points for this). We prefer the following solution: Since there are a number of upcycling products for this type of material, we are already working on a project to take back your "old" Neos or give them to partner companies that make laptop sleeves, yoga mats or other products from them, for example.
