Ankle | Knöchel
Stand your foot up and measure the circumference of your foot according to the photo: Run the measuring tape around the heel, then under the ankle and on the other side also under the ankle back towards the heel.
Now choose the right size for you:
- 23-28 cm: Small
- 28-32 cm: Medium
- 32-36 cm: Large
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger of the two.
Calf | Wade
Measure the circumference of your calf at the widest point without tensing the muscle. You can now determine your size based on the circumference:
- 23-32 cm: Small
- 32-37 cm: Medium
- 37-42 cm: Large
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger version.
Elbow | Ellenbogen
Stretch your arm out straight and measure the circumference at the widest point of your elbow. You can now determine your size based on the circumference:
- 20-25 cm: Small
- 25-35 cm: Medium
- 35-43 cm: Large
- 43-48 cm: Extra Large
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger version.
Knee | Knie
Stretch your leg and measure the circumference of your knee at the height of your kneecap. You can now determine your size based on the circumference:
- 24-30 cm: Small
- 30-43 cm: Medium
- 43-53 cm: Large
- 53-63 cm: Extra Large
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger version.
Thigh | Oberschenkel
Measure the circumference of your thigh in the centre without tensing the muscle. You can now determine your size based on the circumference:
- 43-56 cm: Small
- 56-66 cm: Medium
- 66-76 cm: Large
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger version.
